This heel scraper has two surfaces, one coarse and one fine, to remove dead skin from the heel and leave it smooth. After scraping the entire heel with the coarse surface, apply pre-foot care lotion and then scrape the heel with the fine surface to leave the heel smooth.

[Precautions for use]
Heel files are designed for use on hardened heels. Do not use on softened heels. If you file too much at once with a heel file, it may cause injury, so please be careful.

Pre-foot care lotion 2 (Cool Matcha)
This lotion uses urea to soften the calluses on your heels and prepare them for easier filing before using a heel file or foot smoother. It is also recommended for daily moisturizing care.
In keeping with the image of Cool Matcha, it contains tea leaf extract, which has deodorizing and antibacterial properties.

[How to use] By using this product once a week, you can keep your feet smooth and clean.

STEP1
Rough cut
While the heel is still dry, use the rough side of the heel file in a circular motion to roughen the tough surface of the heel to allow the pre-foot care lotion to penetrate more easily.

Infiltrate
Spray about 3 pumps of pre-foot care lotion onto your heels and allow it to penetrate into the callus of your heels.

Exfoliate
While your heels are still wet, use the fine side of a heel file (the side with the flower-shaped mark) to file in a circular motion until the dead skin is finely scraped.

repeat
Repeat steps 2 and 3 again.
*Please immediately wash off any dead skin that accumulates on the sandpaper of the heel file. -
STEP5
Moisturize
Spray the pre-foot care lotion onto your heels and massage it in to moisturize. If you are concerned about dryness, use a moisturizing cream that you already have.
