Wrap it around your index finger or thumb and rub it in circles over the softened loose cuticle on the surface of your nail to sweep it away. You can also dab it with polish remover to easily take off hard-to remove dark nail polish and fine lame.
It can be used with or without water.

Cuticle nippers

In caring for your nail surface, after you push loose cuticles away, use this lever-type nipper to cut away unwanted cuticles. It is recommended for cutting long cuticles that are too long to take hold with the cuticle nipper (tweezer style). The blade tips are turned inward to prevent damage to any skin other than the cuticles being cut.
